Spain - Day 14: Parque Natural Cazorla

This morning, I woke up relatively warm, without frost. It has been a long time, since my rain fly didn't feel like parchment paper and my fingers like frozen fish fingers, when packing my tent in the morning. However, later on I again passed some frozen creeks and old snow fields.

The day started with clouds and a light drizzle, but ended with sun and a blue sky!

The park is really scenic, although hiking is mainly on dirt roads. It is known for its animals, and I quickly dropped my hiking poles to take pictures, when I saw several vultures flying closely over me this morning.

In the late afternoon, I ended up in a "sea of stones" with hardly any vegetation, but found a spiky bush where I set up my tent, being at least slightly protected from the light breeze and road. Seems like another cold is awaiting me...
