Train and Busses: Rumania to Bulgaria

Yesterday night around midnight, I heard a rumble at the garbage bin right under my balcony. So I looked outside and as I had expected, saw a bear making his tour through the neighbourhood, checking garbage bins for food. Sad to say, that this was the only bear I got to see in Romania, although I hiked in the mountains for a few weeks...

Today was VERY relaxed. It was beautiful weather and not even ONE cloud was hanging in the mountains above Busteni. My train to Bukarest left just before 2 pm so I sat around, packed, took a shower, made use of the WiFi etc. I would rather have liked to be outside hiking, but I hope the weather the following days will be nice too!

In Bukarest I had more time, but also needed to walk from the train station about 8 km to the bus station. At least it was dry and warmish, so I was able to sit at the bus station, waiting for my bus to Sofia.
