Greece - Day 26: From cold to warm - descending a lot

The night was cold and the ground very uneven, so I was still tired in the morning and ignored my alarm clock.
But with the sun shining on my tent I managed to start into the day, although my chocolate spread was REALLY hard. There was still fog in the valley, but the sun was shining on me on the ridge.
I walked down a lot today, first on smaller marked paths in the forest, passing little churches, later on smaller roads in open areas, but sadly the views weren't great. One time I passed a burnt area and it is interesting, how different it looks: instead of nice green wild vegetation, the bare rocks are visible and it looks like nothing could grow on it.
In the afternoon I came down to the village Leontari, treated me to more food since the minimarket was open, walked along a large, nearly plane river area and then had to pass the motorway.
I walked a little further before I found a lovely young oak forest to set up my tent in the sun.

Random chapel on my way

Little path in the forest- not always as clear as here

Views weren't great

Always looking for new ones
