Greece - Day 8: Coast

Today I walked to the coast - sadly on a paved road, because the "road" I wanted to take didn't really exist and with all the steep cliffs and gorges, you really need to stay in trails. Do I have to mention, it was hazy again?! Then there was some more road walk, but since there are hatdly any cars, it isn't too bad! When I came to the lovely Listis Beach, I decided to have a long break. I didn't go for a swim, although I feel too warm all day - it is humid hot. Today I drank at least 4 L and I'm still thirsty...
After hiking along the coast, mainly on roads, I saw a tourist sign with trails of the region. Since they were not on my map, I decided to change my planned road walk to a trail. Bwcause its not possible to follow the coast, I have to turn a bit inland. Beautiful but heck it goes up!!! And all that with 4 L of water on my back. After some difficulties at the beginning  I discovered that  the trail was even marked, but only for people going down, while I was hiking up. With all the goat trails, I sometimes had to look back and correct my path. I found a beautiful but windy campsite in a large flat area near a lake.
