This morning wasn't as wet as I had been afraid of. And I continued my steep descend into the town of Serino, where I washed my socks and filled up on water again.
The day was a mixture of roadwalk and paths, mostly along chestnut plantations or gardens. And I discovered, how load towns are. There are dogs, cars, lawn mowers,... I was happy about the quiet parts on paths, even though it meant some ups and downs.
After Contrada, I walked up several hundred meters to the Chapel on Monte Faliesi, but the path was very nice, so no complains.
After I descended, it was shopping time: First lots of food (actually too much...), then new shoes. I also needed a new SD card, but didn't see a shop selling those. It was anyways a bit weird, cause I wasn't really "in town" but more on the outskirts with a big Cinemacomplex, McD, KFC etc. close to the motorway. But I will pass some bigger towns the best days, so I should be able to get a new SD cars there.
I got water at a petrol station and then walked up only a little bit further before I hid in an overgrown chestnut plantations for the night. There I found the first straweberries of the season :)

That's the goal of the day - although not to the top
